Standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation
onem (one miles) · effective 2026-10-06
onem has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page
describes the standards we hold ourselves to and how we enforce them.
1. Who may use onem
- onem is for adults. Users must be 18 or older; the age gate is part of sign-up.
- Accounts we find to be operated by minors are removed.
2. What is prohibited
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — photos, video, drawings, or text.
- Sexualisation of minors, including describing a minor in a sexual manner.
- Grooming, solicitation, sextortion, or arranging contact with a minor for sexual purposes.
- Trafficking of minors, or advertising or linking to any of the above.
3. How we prevent and detect it
- Every photo uploaded to a profile, story, or chat passes automated safety screening before it is shown.
- Text is screened for CSAE signals; matches are queued for human review.
- Reports from users are reviewed by a person, not only by automation.
4. In-app reporting and blocking
Any profile, message, or photo can be reported from inside the app — open the chat or
profile, tap the ⋮ menu, then Report. The same menu has
Block, which stops all contact immediately.
5. What happens after a report
- Content that violates these standards is removed and the account is terminated.
- Apparent CSAM is preserved as required by law and reported to the relevant national
authority — in the Republic of Korea to the Korean National Police Agency, and
to NCMEC where the applicable jurisdiction requires it.
- We do not restore accounts terminated for CSAE.
6. Point of contact
Questions about these standards, or requests from law enforcement and child safety
organisations: contact@donneko.com.
This address reaches the person responsible for our CSAE compliance.
7. Compliance
We comply with the child safety laws of the jurisdictions where onem is available, and with
the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy and Apple App Store Review Guidelines 1.2.
